Email support@loafbudget.com with the feature you are using, what you expected, and the error you saw. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes, bank credentials, or a full financial statement. Remove private details from screenshots.

Loaf is provided by Moeed Faisal. Product, privacy, and security concerns can be sent to the same support address.

Accounts and bank connections

Use Loaf Accounts for current account access and bank-connection management. Start a Plus trial or subscribe to connect a supported bank. No invitation is needed. See current availability.

For profile deletion, sign in to Loaf Accounts or use Settings in the current app. Keep the deletion receipt if you need help checking completion. The privacy policy explains retention and provider-specific limits.

Loaf Connect setup

Follow the ChatGPT guide or Claude guide. Open Loaf Connect to find the current server address and manage permissions. If a connection option is missing, your AI app or workspace may restrict custom connectors.

Subscriptions and earlier app versions

Apple subscriptions are managed through Apple; web Loaf Plus purchases are managed through the link in your purchase email. You can check membership status in Loaf Accounts. Tracking a bill in Loaf does not cancel that bill with its provider.

If you used an earlier version of Loaf and cannot find the right account controls, email support before using a recovery flow intended for a different version.
